2024 Annual Member Statements were mailed on or around July 10. If you have not received yours, please contact SJCERA, and we’d be happy to help you. *Please note data is as of December 31st, 2024.

Clarification on Tier 1 Active Member Statements ONLY:
A formatting error in the Tier 1 Active members section listed age 67 for the 2.61% benefit factor. The correct eligibility age is 62. This was not a miscalculation—your personal account information is accurate. View Tier 1 Age Factors »

Pension Administration System RFP Issued

The San Joaquin County Employees' Retirement Association (SJCERA) seeks proposals from qualified Pension Administration System (PAS) Solution vendors interested in helping SJCERA transform our core pension benefits operations.

A summary of near-term deadlines follows:

June 27, 2025: Notice of Intent to Bid & Minimum Qualifications Response Form (Attachment A) Due.
June 27, 2025: Questions about Phase 2: Offeror Questions Response Form (Attachment B) Due Submit proposals to RFPs@sjcera.org by 4pm (PST).
July 2, 2025: View answers to Phase 2 Questions Here.
