Mr. McCray owns a consulting business in Stockton where he works with The Hartford on Institutional Deferred Compensation Plans.

Prior to his current employment, Mr. McCray spent 14 years in banking, three years as an aide to the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors, and several years as a legislative assistant at the State Capital.
