Responsibilities:	Alternate Trustee and Board Member; San Joaquin County Employees' Retirement Association. Represents retired members of SJCERA.
Career:	Retired after 27 years in San Joaquin County administration serving as Principal Budget Analyst in the County Administrator's Office; General Services Director, and Capital Projects Manager. Directed Purchasing, Central Services, Communications, and Government Buildings. Directed the design and construction of the jail and Administration complex, Hospital Expansion Project, Human Services Building, and various other construction, relocation, and remodeling projects
Community/Civic:	Immediate Past President of the Retired Public Employees of San Joaquin County, and currently serves as a Board Member and Chairman of the Retiree Benefits Committee Member of the San Joaquin County Historical Society, First Presbyterian Church, and UOP Boosters Military veteran
Education:	B.A. from California State University, Sacramento MBA from Pepperdine University
Personal:	Third generation Stocktonian. Married to wife, Alice, for 45 years. Two childrem: Charles, IT Operations Manager living in Louisville, Kentucky, and Ann, Associate Professor at Penn State University
